We finally made it to Balch Park.We had wanted to go for some time and if you have been following our blog then you will know this.It was a very very long drive, lots of hairpin curves up and down several mountains.Once we got to the Park we enjoyed a nice picnic and watched people fishing for rainbow trout in one of the three ponds that exist. The park is much more wild than the national parks and we saw many species of animals during our visit.
I think the only drawback other than the drive is the fact that people didnt use the trash bins enough. There were bits of paper and stuff scattered along the trails...Very disappointing to see humans be so lazy and inconsiderate of nature.
